Tell us which plant or kit you are asking about and anything useful about where you plan to grow it. If your message is about an order, include the order reference from your confirmation page.

Existing orders

Include the Stripe order reference shown on your confirmation page so the order can be found quickly. Do not send card numbers or other payment details.

When to expect a reply

Sprout & About is run by an independent grower, so replies may not be instant. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
