Delivery

Destinations and price

The available delivery destinations, delivery method, cost and estimated timing are shown in Stripe checkout before payment. If a destination or delivery option is not offered there, we cannot accept that order online.

Dispatch

Orders are prepared after payment has been confirmed. Plants are living products, so dispatch may be delayed briefly during extreme heat, frost or carrier disruption when sending immediately could put them at risk. We will contact you if a material delay affects your order.

Tracking and arrival

Tracking is provided when the selected carrier supports it. Please unpack living plants promptly on arrival and follow any care information supplied with them.

Problems in transit

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us as soon as possible. Keep the plant and packaging and include clear photographs so we can investigate with the carrier and put things right.
