Kohlrabi Korfu F1 is a reliable, fast-growing variety producing tender, crisp roots with a mild flavour. Best harvested young, between the size of a golf ball and a tennis ball. Excellent cooked, roasted, or sliced raw in salads. Harvest when roots are between golf ball and tennis ball size for best flavour. Can be started indoors in modules (2 seeds per cell, thin to 1). Gradually harden off before planting outside. Slice and fry gently in olive oil, or use as a substitute for turnips.
